Rewards

We expect all students to bring the best of themselves to school and apply their very best effort to all that they do.

Staff will routinely recognise, praise and reward young people in lessons and around the school for demonstrating our school values of Respect, Resilience, Aspiration, Responsibility, Integrity and Kindness.

Rewards build progressively and include:

• House Points are awarded by subject teachers, tutors and all staff.
• Postcards are awarded by staff in a department in recognition of a student who has gone above and beyond in their effort.
• Awards assemblies and events.
